pk365apk Terms and Conditions – Rules for Pakistani Players

1. Acceptance of These Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "you", "your") and pk365apk ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the pk365apk website, mobile application and all associated gaming services.

By completing the pk365apk registration process, by logging in to an existing account, or by continuing to use the platform after any published revision to these Terms, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not create an account or continue to use the pk365apk platform.

These Terms should be read together with the pk365apk Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and pk365apk.

2. Eligibility

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years of age to register or hold an account on pk365apk. This requirement is absolute and non-negotiable. pk365apk takes underage gaming seriously and actively works to prevent minors from accessing the platform. We will request proof of age documents at any time and will suspend or permanently close accounts where the player is confirmed to be under 18. Any winnings accumulated by an underage player will be forfeited.

2.2 Geographic Eligibility

pk365apk is operated for players in Pakistan. By registering, you confirm that you are accessing the platform from within Pakistan and that doing so does not breach any law applicable to you personally. It is your responsibility to ensure that online gaming is permissible under any local law that may apply to your specific situation. pk365apk does not provide legal advice and does not represent that use of the platform is lawful in any particular jurisdiction.

2.3 One Account Per Player

Each individual person may hold only one registered account on pk365apk. Registering multiple accounts – whether under the same name or different names and details – is a serious breach of these Terms. If pk365apk discovers that a player holds multiple accounts, all linked accounts will be suspended, any associated balances will be reviewed and winnings from bonus funds may be voided. Players who have accidentally created duplicate accounts should contact support immediately to have the duplicate closed without penalty.

3. Account Registration

To access any real-money features on pk365apk – including deposits, withdrawals, live casino games, Aviator, PSL betting and all other game categories – you must have a registered and verified account.

3.1 Registration Information

During registration you are required to provide your legal full name, a valid Pakistani mobile number, a working email address and a date of birth. You must ensure that all information you provide is accurate, complete and current. pk365apk uses registration details to verify your identity, process payments and send important account notifications. Providing false, misleading or incomplete registration information is a breach of these Terms.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pk365apk login credentials – your username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any other person, allow any other person to use your account or access your account from a shared or public device without taking precautions. pk365apk is not liable for any loss arising from unauthorised account access resulting from your failure to keep credentials secure. 3.3 Account Currency

All pk365apk accounts are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Deposits, bets, winnings, bonuses and withdrawals are all expressed and settled in PKR. There is no option to switch account currency and no currency conversion takes place on the pk365apk platform.

4. Identity Verification (KYC)

pk365apk operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in line with standard anti-money-laundering and fraud-prevention practices. KYC verification is required before your first withdrawal and may be triggered at any time by our compliance team for accounts that require review.

4.1 Documents Required

• A clear photograph or scan of both sides of your valid Pakistani CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card)
• Confirmation of your registered mobile number via OTP
• Proof of payment method ownership where required (e.g., screenshot of your Easypaisa or JazzCash account showing your name and number)
• Proof of address in cases where additional verification is required

4.2 Verification Timeframe

Standard KYC verification at pk365apk is typically completed within 24 hours of all required documents being submitted correctly. During this period, withdrawals will be placed on hold. Once verification is approved, all standard withdrawal and account functions resume immediately. Accounts cannot be fully verified until all requested documents are provided.

5. Deposits

pk365apk accepts deposits via Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards. All methods are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

5.1 Deposit Limits

• Minimum deposit: Rs 200 (all methods)
• Maximum deposit via mobile wallets: Rs 2,00,000 per transaction
• Maximum deposit via IBFT: Rs 10,00,000 per transaction

5.2 Processing Times

Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay and SadaPay deposits are credited to your pk365apk balance within seconds of confirmation. IBFT transfers are credited within one to three business hours depending on the sending bank. Card payments are typically credited within a few minutes.

5.3 Deposit Ownership

Deposits must be made from a payment account that is registered in your own name. pk365apk does not accept third-party deposits. If a deposit is received from an account not registered to the account holder, it will be returned and the account may be subject to review. You must not use funds obtained illegally or funds that do not legally belong to you to deposit on pk365apk.

5.4 Failed Deposits

If a deposit transaction fails, the funds are not received by pk365apk and will typically be returned to your wallet or bank within the processing time of the payment provider. If you believe a deposit has been deducted from your wallet but not credited to your pk365apk account, contact support with your transaction reference number.

6. Withdrawals

6.1 Withdrawal Eligibility

To withdraw from your pk365apk balance you must have a verified account (KYC completed), a positive real-money balance of at least Rs 500, and any applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds must be met or the bonus must have been forfeited before withdrawal of the associated real-money funds.

6.2 Withdrawal Limits and Methods

• Minimum withdrawal: Rs 500 (all methods)
• Maximum per transaction: Rs 2,00,000 for mobile wallets; Rs 10,00,000 for IBFT
• Available methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT, Visa/Mastercard

6.3 Processing Times

Mobile wallet withdrawals (Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay) are processed by pk365apk within 15 minutes of request confirmation, 24/7. IBFT withdrawals are processed on the same business day for requests submitted before 5 pm PKT. Card withdrawals are processed within one to three business days.

6.4 Withdrawal Fees

pk365apk charges no fees on any withdrawal method. The full amount you request is dispatched to your account. Your own mobile carrier or bank may apply standard transfer fees on the receiving end, but pk365apk has no control over and no responsibility for those charges.

6.5 Withdrawal Destination

Withdrawals are made to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit where possible. This is a standard anti-fraud requirement. If your deposit method is no longer available, contact pk365apk support to arrange an alternative withdrawal method through the verification process.

7. Bonuses and Promotions

pk365apk offers a range of bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers and loyalty programme rewards. All bonuses are subject to the terms stated at the time of the offer and to the general bonus rules set out in this section.

7.1 Welcome Bonus

New pk365apk players are eligible for a 100% first deposit bonus up to Rs 50,000. The bonus is credited automatically on the qualifying first deposit. To be eligible, the player must be newly registered, have completed mobile number verification and make a minimum first deposit of Rs 500. The welcome bonus can only be claimed once per player, per household and per device.

7.2 Wagering Requirements

All bonuses at pk365apk are subject to wagering requirements before the bonus balance or any winnings derived from it can be withdrawn as real money. The specific wagering requirement for each offer is stated clearly in the offer's individual terms. Unless otherwise stated, a standard wagering requirement means you must bet the combined total of the deposit plus bonus amount the specified number of times. Only bets placed with real-money balance contribute to wagering requirements unless the specific offer states otherwise.

7.3 Bonus Expiry

Bonuses that are not claimed within their stated validity period will expire automatically. Unclaimed bonuses cannot be reinstated. Wagering requirements must be completed within the bonus validity period; any unconverted bonus balance will be removed from the account at the end of the validity period.

7.4 Bonus Abuse

pk365apk monitors bonus usage patterns for signs of abuse including but not limited to: claiming bonuses using multiple accounts, placing bets that exploit bonus terms, using systematic betting patterns designed to circumvent wagering requirements, or any other behaviour that pk365apk determines constitutes misuse of promotional offers. Players found to be abusing bonuses will have their bonus balances voided and may have their accounts suspended.

8. Gaming Rules

By playing any game on pk365apk – including but not limited to live casino tables, Aviator, crash games, Teen Patti, Baccarat, Blackjack, PSL betting and poker – you agree to the specific rules of that game as displayed within the game interface, in addition to these general Terms.

8.1 Game Fairness

All RNG-based game results at pk365apk are generated by certified random number generators. Provably Fair games including Aviator use cryptographic hash algorithms that can be independently verified. Live casino results are determined by real dealers in professionally operated studios. pk365apk does not manipulate, override or adjust game outcomes in favour of any party.

8.2 Technical Faults

In the event of a technical fault during a game round – including disconnections, server errors or software glitches – pk365apk reserves the right to void the affected round and return stakes to the player's balance. Winnings from rounds that were clearly the result of a technical error will not be paid and the affected stake will be refunded. pk365apk's decision on technical fault matters is final.

8.3 Betting Integrity

Players must not use automated betting software, bots, scripts or any other tool that places bets without direct manual input from the player. Players must not collude with other players to manipulate game outcomes. Suspected collusion or use of prohibited software will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of balances pending investigation.

9. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on pk365apk and will result in immediate account suspension and potential permanent closure:

• Registering more than one account on pk365apk under any identity
• Providing false, misleading or forged documentation during registration or KYC
• Using stolen, unauthorised or third-party payment methods for deposits
• Money laundering or using pk365apk to process funds of unlawful origin
• Using automated software, bots or scripts to interact with the platform
• Exploiting software errors, bugs or vulnerabilities in any pk365apk system
• Attempting to access other players' accounts or pk365apk's backend systems
• Threatening, abusing or harassing pk365apk staff or other players
• Making fraudulent chargeback requests on deposits that were legitimately processed
• Circumventing self-exclusion or cooling-off periods through a new account

Where prohibited conduct is detected, pk365apk reserves the right to void all pending bets, forfeit all balances held at the time of suspension and share relevant information with law enforcement authorities where appropriate.

10. Responsible Gaming

• Cooling-off period: Temporarily suspend your account for a period of your choosing (24 hours to 6 weeks) from your account settings.
• Self-exclusion: Permanently or long-term exclude yourself from pk365apk for a minimum of 6 months up to 5 years. During self-exclusion no new account may be registered and you will not receive any marketing communications.

11. Account Suspension and Closure

11.1 By pk365apk

pk365apk reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its discretion where it has reasonable grounds to believe that these Terms have been violated, that the account is being used for fraudulent or illegal activity, that the account holder is under 18 years of age, or where required by applicable law or regulatory requirement. Where an account is closed due to a verified Terms violation, any bonus balances will be forfeited and real-money balances may be withheld pending investigation.

11.2 By the Player

You may close your pk365apk account at any time by contacting support at support@pk365apk.ws. Before your account is closed, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to your registered withdrawal method. Pending wagering requirements on bonus funds must be resolved before closure is finalised.

12. Intellectual Property

All content on the pk365apk platform – including but not limited to the website design, software, game interfaces, graphics, text, logos, brand name and the pk365apk application – is the intellectual property of pk365apk or its licensed content providers. Nothing in these Terms transfers any intellectual property rights to you. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the pk365apk platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, create derivative works from or commercially exploit any pk365apk content without prior written consent.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pk365apk's total liability to any player for any claim arising from use of the platform – whether in contract, tort or otherwise – is limited to the amount of that player's real-money deposits in the 30 days preceding the claim. pk365apk is not liable for indirect, consequential, incidental or punitive losses.

pk365apk does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues or circumstances beyond our control may cause temporary unavailability. pk365apk will take reasonable steps to notify players in advance of planned downtime where possible. No liability arises from temporary service unavailability provided bets in progress are handled in accordance with Section 8.2.

14. Privacy and Data

pk365apk collects, stores and processes personal data about registered players in order to operate accounts, process transactions and fulfil our legal obligations. By registering on pk365apk you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. All data processing is protected by 256-bit SSL encryption. pk365apk does not sell or share personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. Data is retained only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected and as required by applicable legal obligations.

15. Amendments to These Terms

pk365apk reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, registered players will be notified by email to the address on file and/or by a notice displayed on the pk365apk platform. The updated Terms will specify the date on which they become effective.

Continuing to use the pk365apk platform after the effective date of any updated Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 11.2.
